Packed with the richest flavour, our sumptuous ginger chocolate coated treats contain the very highest quality hand-selected Chinese stem ginger. Boil water in your kettle and pour a few centimetres worth into your saucepan (the saucepan isn’t on the hob so pop a heatproof tray underneath it). Take the ginger off the heat and pour the mix through a sieve over a bowl so you can cool and keep the lovely gingery liquid for pouring over pancakes, ice cream or porridge (you can bring it back to the boil to thicken a little).
